Host your next special event at Z Ranch, nestled beneath our magnificent hundred-year-old oak trees, draped with twinkling string lights overhead. With breathtaking views of the vineyards and countryside, our venue combines the beauty of nature with the joy of celebration.

Venue Capacity:

• Under 50 Guests:

  • Comfortable setting with a garage bathroom.

  • Hourly Rate: $300 (two-hour minimum).

  • Includes lighting and additional venue decor.

• 50 to 100 Guests:

  • Upgraded with a four-stall trailer bathroom.

  • Access to a golf cart for ease of movement.

• Over 100 Guests:

  • Four-stall trailer bathroom available.

  • Option for a golf cart or hay ride for guest transportation.

  • Animals surrounding the venue with feeding stations for additional enjoyment.

Packages:

• Package 1: Basic venue and amenities tailored for intimate gatherings.

• Package 2: Enhanced décor and additional services for mid-sized gatherings.

• Package 3: Comprehensive package for larger events, complete with all amenities and customized offerings.

Additional Amenities:

• Vintage lighting

• Large built-in covered bar with open-air deck, offering views of the oak trees and pastures

• Oak trees laced with twinkle lights

• On-site parking for approximately 20 vehicles (no overnight parking)

• Ceremony and reception site located on a hilltop with stunning vineyard and majestic oak views

• Use of arch, 5-7 ft. rectangular tables, 1-8 ft table, and chairs

• 900 square foot concrete dance floor/ceremony site

• DJ pad

• One bathroom, with a clean-up attendant for stocking and trash removal during the event

• Several breathtaking photo ops located throughout the ranch

Additional Information:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is required to hold your chosen date.

• Event Timing: All amplified music must conclude by 10 PM, with the event closing by midnight.

• Agreement & Payment: An Event Information Agreement and full payment must be completed prior to the event.

• Event Insurance: Event insurance is required.

• Rehearsal Reservation: A $250.00 fee to reserve rehearsal time (depending on availability), for up to 2 hours during daylight.

• Night Stay: Includes a one-night stay in the "Bunkhouse" for two on the night of the event.
